I gathered a lot of health benefits are derivable from Spinach but it was only yesterday I discovered that the almighty spinach is our own dear (and often unregarded) 'Efo Amunututu' . It commonly and freely grows everywhere and so is not often sold like other vegetables. I'm sure there are others like me here who did not know this. I don't know why I've always thought its 'Efo Tete'. Now that I know amunututu is so nutrition-packed, I'm not going to spare it henceforth, starting from this weekend

its called amunututu or safara..
pls, what are the benefits, we have two strands of the red stemmed amunututu plant in my backyard...I despise it.
