Our client seeks a highly motivated, hard-working and flexible candidate to fill the role of a Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities Works directly with company executives in order to define company's corporate marketing vision Develop strategic and tactical marketing and advertising plan for properties comprising the assigned portfolio Develop and implement effective social media and reputation management plan Identify and meet with advertising and marketing vendors in order to propose and review preferred services at favorable rate Organize all site set-up including signage and ensure property is accessible to clients Meet with prospective clients to provide information about the property Negotiation and closing out on sale of property Candidate should be hardworking and flexible Qualifications and Requirements: Working knowledge of all real estate documents including sales, leases, and other agreements. Working knowledge of financial data, budgets and variance analysis. Demonstrated supervisory, management and leadership skills. Demonstrated skills in making presentations before large and small groups. Demonstrated customer services skills Ability to negotiate and close retail sales/lease deals. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision. Ability to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers and vendors. Ability to prepare and present a comprehensive marketing report. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Flexibility in all areas. Easily adaptable to ever changing environment and requirements. Good professional appearance and attitude.
