I have a very intelligent friend who graduated with a 2.1 in Economics education. This guy is so good that he can write masters examinations even though he doesn't have a masters degree yet.
He has skills in research methodology, project works, term papers and data analysis but the problem is he is currently unemployed. Anyway he has been using his time to write a book on Mathematical Economics For Undergraduates (title withheld) and needs your advice on how to publish the book!!!
What do you advice him to do?
