#USDJPY LT / Swing SETUP MY BIAS :- BUllish

Resistance turn Support Lvl :- 135.56 //130.64//126.03//124.05//122.05//119.54//114.84//111.02//106.25

//106.18//105.47//104.65//103.83//103.35//102.99//102.56//102.28//101.83//100.56//99.67//99.17//98.53//98.14//97.79//97.58//97.33//97.11

in the coming trading day/s ( pre-nfp preferably ) would be looking to square into low-beta 104 -high 102 with reasonable wiggle room adding on pullbacks long term through 98.50 ish simply playing off the break-out flag"ish" move from '12 [77- 103] lvl to be modest, the measured move at least goes into 130 eyes on 135 target tho'. looking to hold out all year '14 gradually scaling in and out as deem fit.

Risk:- the setup is all cool, but entry & exit = key to getting paid in this trade.. HFT's love this pair and wld b faking a lot of mispriced positns to earn more in this high-potential blow-out to the upside trade.. going foward wld be looking at US10year note, US30yr bond As well as JGB yield to aid making decisions as they help filtering the noise

Know ur risk, know your lvl , HAppy HUnting wink

Guys I hope we have all choosen the right pairs to trade for maximum profits.Mondays' trade have more often than not been unpredictable.

Well as usual I have glanced at News events coming up this week.
Fundamentally GBPAUD and EURAUD are meant to climp up and maintain a bullish bias starting from Tuesday though technically it's BEARISH at the moment. Let's pray Monday candlestick supports this analysis of Bullishness.
So for this week my eyes are on GBPAUD and EURAUD for Bullishness. Stay focused!

Meanwhile I haven't really studied EJ,GJ direction.

nice 1 bro,i luv ur spirit! For ej and gj technically dey r bullish d last time i cheked,bt still retracin, wen i get home i will chek to c if we r to start chekin for signals to buy now or stil wait. The UJ moved lower bt later rose forming a pin bar, we’d like to see more pullback before getting a buy signal, but with the recent uptrend, we mite see the trend continue higher next week. Near support is around 103.72 area, if u wid want to buy, u mite just alow d market to go down small to d middle of d pinbar to reduce ur risk.d rest til i get bak home

Ideally I share same views of EJ,GJ being bullish based on studying different periods of candlestick patterns. It would seem like the retracement bearish was corrective.

Though I maintain I haven't checked fundamentally.I will get back to the house once I do.

Well as it pans out there are not much impacting JPY news event.
Inasmuch as I still maintain my bullish bias for EJ,GJ I should be wary though.

Like I said my eyes are on GBPAUD and EURAUD.Datz all for now.
Re: Forex Trading - Season 14 by Kirinwa: 5:56pm On Jan 05, 2014
Based on past experiences it's dangerous to enter a buy trade when the previous daily candlestick is massively BEARISH.

It's also dangerous to enter sell when the previous daily candlestick is massively BULLISH.

NB:Although while there are exceptions to this rule, let it serve as a guide.

Sir martog & fxbomovi:- the idea behind my set-up / alert is to mark out potential resistance for any pair on its way up which usually turns support on the way down across all time frames, i.e in the case of usdjpy, i mean i'd be looking to go long (due to me been a swing/ position trader, my long term view is usually me holding positions for sometimes 2 months-8 months with gradual profit/loss taking and going back as the market environ permits) at current price before non farm payroll (pre-nfp) with sizeable stopp through 98.50 level and as pull back occurs over the coming weeks/months i would be looking to buy around the resistance turn support levels earlier posted. as for the JGB (japanese bond, us 30 years bond and us10 yr note, i use that as a cor-relation tool to see the perception of bond holders in both countries with regards to risk-off, risk-on that happens with the sentiment of their respective Central bankers moves in the economy). i hope i've been able to CONVINCE u and not CONFUSE YOU ? .. like i said earlier please be specific with the areas i seem not to make sense to you, so it can be better explained to avoid writing an epistle which defeats the FTA concise purpose cool
