The world’s leading computer chip maker, Intel is planning to releasea
Dual-OS (a world’s first), running on Windows andAndroid at CES 2014 next week.
The companysays that Android would run inside of Windowsthanks to virtualization software, thus allowing Windows andAndroid apps side-by-side without the needto reboot the machine or a switch.
The chipdesigner is also expectedto introduce the Quark chip, a series of low power processors announcedat the Intel Developer Forum last year.
Interestingly, Intel CEO Brian Krzanich has said thatthe company is “going to bring some very innovative wearablesto the show that are developed and manufactured here, ” in an interview with
Recode .
