My husband loaded 1000 naira into his etisalat acct number 08172485591(ipad) on the 5th of January,2014.After which he opted out and bought 200mb data plan.Yet it kept showing in its message bar that request being processed.After a while he checked again and realized he had 5MB left.After about 2mins of browsing he couldn't access the net again.

I put a call through their call centre but was told I didn't opt out.How could that be when he has made several recharges in the past and therefore knows the procedure.Secondly,why the request being processed info?

I immediately sent a message to their email address and I was told I'll be reached to which I wasn't.

I'm pissed right now because we feel robbed of our money which shouldn't be.
