Nairalanders plssssssssss, how can someone avoid nosy person or stop the conversation before it leads to unnecessary questions. This person is killing me with questions and l'm about to lose it. I mean why do people always wants to know everything about you  When someone comes on a little strong in asking questions about your life, work, or family or any personal matter, what would you do? What can l do to avoid this mess, l don't like being disrespectful  |

Smile and Ignore him! I get uncomfortable when people are nosy. A former neighbour of mine was extremely nosy i tried avoiding him and sometimes pretend like i didnt hear the questions. |

Yeah just say you don't care to discuss that at the moment or ignore the question. Some ask too much, some don't know when to shut up. |

What is so hard in saying " i dont feel like discussing it' na ur life now and u have the right to decide when to and when not to discuss it. |

Sometimes u really av to be blunt and just let dem know u aint just in the mood, and if he/ she get offende (sometimes i'm just relieved-at least i'll get a little breathing space), then i'll apologise after that and if u dont aceept my apologies,  |
