Dude if u are serious, be more detailed about the whole thing

How can u say lowest bidder wins the job? are you encouraging mediocrity for your self or just being palin stingy? The cheapest buildings in Nigeria have the greatest ratio of collapse. Your better off asking for the best quote and people that can do the job and not just the cheapest quote!
