Ingredients Yam Pepper Dry fish Crayfish Seasoning Utazi leaf Some other igbo spice I don't know the name but not compulsory. How to cook Cut the yam into smaller pieces, put in a pot and add enough water to cover the yam. Cook for about 5 mins, then add the all the other ingredients. The only secret is not to let the yam water thicken before adding the ingredients as that would lead to a pot of yam porridge  .
