Since the conclusion of the verification/biometric data capture exercise conducted in february 2014 all around the nation; zonally, by the Bureau of Public Enterprise, PHCN, Ministry of Power and other stakeholders involved, non of the participants (deceased relatives or their next-of-kin) has received any further information on what is going on or the reason for the delay of payment. Does the government; FG, and the other stakeholders also want the deceased relatives to die without collecting the benefits worked for by their deceased? What is the delay? Who are those involved and in-charge of the process?

When will the govt pay them all or have they not concluded the complete sales and hand-over process to the private companies?
