Responsibilities

Carry out all kinds of spa treatments – facials, massage, Waxing and body treatments
Follow prescribed procedures to ensure client satisfaction
Provide massage therapy to clients
Provide clients with guidance and information about massage techniques and applications on different skin types
Assess client’s skin condition before commencement of treatment
Develop treatment plan to meet client’s needs based on needs assessment
Treat clients in a professional manner
Effectively inform and educate our clients about specific wellness concerns.
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.
Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or clients in the spa that require attention
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Handle client’s questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients.
Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
Maintaining awareness of health and safety issues and legislation


Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE
1 - 2 years experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strict attention to detail
Lagos residents only
