OP, Emeka Ojukwu wasn't a general but a lt-col. Some 10 years ago when he went to Abuja for his pension, he was addressed as Lt-Col. Emeka Ojukwu (rtd).

The Biafran Army was an epitome of military prowess. It exhibited an uncanny inventiveness and survival amidst daunting odds. It was the closest black Africa got to challenging Western/European hegemony and emasculation. That Napoleon Bournaparte and Hannibal eventually lost wars does not detract from the fact that they were among the best military strategists and minds of all time. It is better to earn valour even in defeat than to cower continually in cowardice.

Nzeogwu about Ironsi - " He joined the army as a tally clerk, and was a clerk most of the time cheesy

Capt. Ben Gbulie about Ironsi - "He was inept and inefficient - hardly the type of officer to command an army, in fact unfit to command even a funeral detail"

I see why they call people like you "aboki".
Gen. JTU Aguiyi-Ironsi: First African to command UN forces. This landmark was achieved in Katanga in the Congo. His military prowess earned him the moniker "Johnson Ironside".
Gen Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu: First indigenous graduate to enlist in the Nigeria Army. Trained in the prestigious Oxford University.
Aboki: Living as a coward while Boko Haram is decimating his kinsfolk...

We shall see who will get emotional. I am sure you are still reeling from the supplied facts and the little knock that accompanied it.
BTW
Aboki in Nigerian parlance translates: a slow learner; a half-wit; an outmoded individual; a rustic; a niggardly person; an illiterate; a low IQ person.

You must be an aboki then. You sure don't wanna know what IYANMIRI means. Trust me.

IYANMIRI - Migrant Igbo Spare Parts Seller.

IYANMIRI (Nigerian Parlance) - Igbo/Granny Rapist_/Cannibal/Kidnapper/Vanquished/Drug Mule/One in town Baby Manufacturer

The question is did Nzeogwu and his colleagues not refer to Ironsi as an inefficient common clerk who cannot command a common funeral?

How does that reconcile with what the Biafran led army general did?
Which among the war generals you referred to ran away from the war front in an act of shameful cowardice dressed in women's clothing; yet having the greed and mindset not to forget 2 tons of luggage including his luxury mercedes Benz car; while leaving behind the hapless starving population he misled, though he himself feeding fat, while denying them access to red cross food aid for the sake of propaganda, to their own devices?

I can understand your desperation since I have hit a raw nerve. I am sure next time asking you will be more discreet than to jump into any thread to post uncomplimentary materials. Right on point!!!

Unfortunately, in ibo parlance that's the epitome of HEROISM in battle.

No wonder they even conferred on him myriad titles among which are: eze gburugburu of iboland, Ikemba of Nnewi ati bebelo(etc) and married off their prettiest "animashaun" aka "cheerful giver" aka "village bike" to him as a childbride (who, incidentally, is now their First Lady) in recognition of him leading them into a shambolic war .

Don't you think it will be pointless on my side to engage you on this argument? Going by the submission you made above, it is crystal clear that you are incapable of objective reasoning but only reliant on "kunu" and "burukutu" joint tales fed to you by mischievous elements.

^^^^Yes, agreed, it is pointless arguing with facts, so don't bother.
On the other hand, your idiotic reference to my alleged dependence on kunu (assuming you even know what it is) reveals your abject ignorance and shallow mindset; probably a manifestation of KURU - a disease that afflicts those that consume the brain of their own kind (that's a CANNIBAL to you).
That may explain why your degenerating grey matter could not deal with the facts in my earlier post.
