Reports coming in from sources in the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp Wamakko, Wamakko LGA Sokoto, says that the Rivers State governor Rt. Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi , on Wednesday 13th August , gave $10,000 dollars to the corps members of Rivers Indigene presently in camp for the 2014 NYsC batch b orientation course. Alh. (Dr). Aliyu Wamakko, the governor of Sokoto state breezed in along side the Sokoto state governor to visit the corps members currently in camp were he issued out the money in cash........There are no indications yet as to how many Rivers State indigenes are currently camping in Sokoto in this batch B, but each rivers state corp members were said to have been given a minimum of $100 dollars each.......approximately #16,000 naira is not bad for the corps members apparently
