It is only ignorance will make anyone drink Sodium Chloride. Top even add uncooked table salt to your food when eating is a No-No.

Do you know that even travelers/sailors in the ocean carry fresh water for drinking the water in the ocean is salty?

Please don't listen to rumours and don't spread any. Just maintain basic hygiene regularly.
