As Akwa Ibom State marks 27 on Tuesday, 23rd September, 2014, an Interdenominational thanksgiving service will be held tomorrow Sunday, by 2pm at Ibom Hall grounds, Uyo.

The event will continue from Monday through Tuesday with the commissioning of people oriented projects across the state including, Abak-Utu nseghe-Ukanafun road, Essien Udim Secreteriat Complex and some facilities in Obot Akara, brand new roads in Nsit Ibom and Nsit Ubium among others,.

The swearing in to office of the new Chairman, Akwa Ibom State Traditional Rulers Council, Inauguration of the Traditional Rulers Chambers/ Secretariat complex among others.
