Yes, NL'ers...

I am returning back on holiday to spend time with my cousin, his wife and children for Xmas in Abuja. They are not 'polithieficians' tied into drinking directly from our national cake but regular working folk (teachers). I opened my mouth too wide in August to say that when I come home I will sponsor the food and drink during December as I will be back for a month.

He has a wife and three children (12-boy and two girls-9 and 3).

Now, I want to balance myself when I arrive and go shopping to collect basic foodstuffs.

How much should I budget for 4 weeks merriment?

No forming and chasing after Western goods in Shoprite, I'm talking about hitting the market and buying rice, ground rice, sweet potato, plantain, chicken, goat meat etc

Any ideas my ppl?
