I am realy pissed off with this MTN. They keep ripping Nigerians off in every little way they can. Why is NCC not doing something about the scam ways in which mTN use to rip pple off. Some days back, I bought the daily 2hrs bundle and I was given 150MB fair used. So I started browsing. After I have consumed abt 80-90MB, the netwrk became extremely slow as though I was in a no netwrk area. That was how it continued till the time (24hrs) expired. So I thought it was probably netwrk that went bad. Just last nyt, I bought another one, after abt 80-90Mb usage, it started again with slow netwrk thing, even though I was using it at nyt when netwrk seems to be pretty fast. I called a friend of mine and he told me that he had similar experience with that bundle on several occasion. Now why is MTN scamming us. Why did they give say you have 150mb fair usage whilst you can use atmost 100mb, the rest been wasted on slow connection. I wish I can just walk into their office and break all the glasses there.

I guess MTN and other networks always have a way of ripping people off to make extra gains.

But why not try the SME data instead? It doesn't falter or stall, what you buy is what you get.
Saves you from the daily headache you are going through!!

Do people still use MTN ni. That network sucks. I will rather stick to my etisalat. At least etisalat is a lesser evil.

No doubt, they are the best for now cos we dont have options. Assuming there is any telecom who can give us same service with MTN with strong reliability, who in his sane sense will subscribe for MTN.

For us..our motto na 'paying to browse is a sin' and I tell you, only Mtn allows that. I don't think you should be subscribing that plan cos its not the best for you. I get 6 MTN sims mainly for browsing free and collecting free credit for calls. 6 years and counting..browsing free. If you want to pay your bills, use airtel, if you want speed , Mtn is the best. Glo na the highest scam for me. they said the 30 mb will last for 7 day, after people don migrate to Glo, its now 3days...
Mtn actually lost customers on BlackBerry subscription and now I can tell you that its blazing on android devices. #100 for 3gb. Hmmmm.... Cheat sweet o

Nairaland members should establish a pressure group to be registered with CAC. The new body is capable of achieving a lot during times like this. Be it political, social, economic. Let us think about it.
