pls how do u people manage to pass aptitude test? I have written more than 3 test (2 from workforce and 1 from kpmg) and the end product has been regret mails. for those that got a success mail, did u answer all the questions? or is workforce applying negative marking? Abeg my people make una answer me oh! Am a 2.1 graduate and believe me, I am not as dull as being portrayed by the result!

My broda, passing jobs exams is far way diff frm d sch exam. Go to google, download sample shl, gse, gmat test or get the latest gmat book and study it. U ought to know the logic used in solving d questions and ur use of computer is very much essential in online exams as in ur speed.. Try check on dis website on google as I cant seem to be sure if its correct www.assessmentday.co.uk I hope this helps.

I think there are something you need to review and evaluate about your reading, Man forget about 2:1 here Ooº°˚ ˚°ºo, there are some simple O/L math, Eng, current affair and G mat question which u need to go and take serious, never under rate any. God will inter vain in the next one.

The more you practice with past aptitude test questions the better you get. Most aptitude test questions, evaluate basic skills like %diff, fractions,etc. Some are simple like workforce, dragnet, others are multistage ie you will need to solve multiple stages to get your final answer eg SHL and Kenexa

speed and accuracy in basic English and/or mathematics is what most aptitude tests assess . Getting familiar with the particular type of question, you are going to be tested on increases your efficiency in the real test.
