I like to inform you about Kiva, www.kiva.org. I also like those who know more about the organisation to share their knowledge.

It is a nonprofit organization that provides microloans to individuals, especially from developing countries. It connects lenders around the world with those who need microloans. Kiva makes information about lenders and loans available via a web service.

If you have ever used Kiva service, please share your experience here for the benefit of those that want to learn more about it.
