That's the phone I use and it's just frustrating, random problems just come up sometimes, like my contacts disappearing just like that in , but they come back after a while. Sometimes you see something like "unfortunately launcher has stopped" and you have to restart the phone. Settings jus change themselves without anyone touching then. Now I can't even receive calls without putting it on speaker because that part I'm supposed to put my ear doesn't produce any sound. A host of other random problems I can't even remember. I'm getting rid of it the next chance I get and it's good bye to Tecno as a brand.

guy das the device am using currently i never experince that kind problem. u personally spoiled it with ur hand.or maybe u bought third hand

wish I saw this kinda thread before buying tecno h5, d phone is always so slow no matter how much I try to free RAM, I can't even play games, can't play music too cos the phone will shutdown by itself once d backlight is off. i can only use an old version of opera mini browser cause all other browsers constantly lags n freezs. n to make matter worse, tecno refuse to provide updates to fix these issues. nothing bout the phone is smart.
