for over a year,i have been experiencing back pain,i need help pls.

Can you describe the pain? Are there any radiations or spread in the pain, and if there is, where to. Any Pains in the leg, and any loss of sensations in the ankle? Do you also have any pins and needles in your hands? Do you have any pains when you cough? Try lying down on your back, and let somebody raise your leg, and check out for any pains. What medications are you presently on? And how effective are they? What trigger this back pain? when you have replied, I can reply to you.

if the pains is severly from the back.do this simple therapy,eat last at 6pm dont eat again.look for an average light weight person that can stand on your back while you lie on the bare floor faceing down.then apply abonoki oiltment or essencial balm,then lie on the floor till the following day,with this i belive the pains will go.but if it persist pls call me. 08058475610

I experience all of these except pinful cough
