I want to know if Nigerians needs toefl or gmat to study in finland,sweden,australia and norway.

Finland requires toefl, no gmat but you have to own a university degree certificate, no statement of result. Sweden requires a B in english as in your waec with your degree certificate, also owning a gmat will increase your chances of getting the admission. Norway requires no toefl but if you have one, your chances are high and as for australia, they require toefl with gmat. Hope that helps.
