I agree corruption has to be tackled. This will not happen in a day. Nigeria took over 40yrs to become this bad. It will take time for corruption to be wiped out. 110% of Nigerians are corrupt, true or false?  If you've never bribed a policeman/govt official, or given money because you have something to be done, let me see ur hands up!

Most nigerians may have been giulty of being corrupt in one way or the other no matter how little it is. Unfortunately, i dont see that as a major problem, the problem is the failure and cowardice of nigerians to do everything possible in electing a good leader who in turn will help in creating an efficient, effective and credible law enforcement institutions. With these in place, corruption is automatically eradicated. Development and every other thing falls into place within months.

inherent tribalism and ethnic bigotry,including negative ethnic stereotypes that has been inculcated into most collective psyches being a barrier to any unity of purpose or coherent collectivity of ideas on the way foward.

unwillingness of the youths to sacrifice for the betterment of the country, how many caucasians have devoted their lives to helping solve our own problems in africa,yet we are loath to do same?
how many of us have opted to spend a couple of months in our country helping a specific vulnerable demographic like the whites do for us?
youths from western world do a lot to help us ,than we do to help ourselves, that is a fundamental problem that has to do with us rather than any leadership

most nigerians see nigeria as an enterprise to make money from and not as a country to serve and build because their is no feeling of nationhood amongst its people

until u solve the above mindset you cannot solve the issue of corruption in nigeria

I disagree with you on that. We all know that you can't still find some % of Nigerians that are not corrupt. Actually i dont really know you own definition of corruption. Who gave the police 20naira on the road knowing that even the government itself has made it a courtesy in a country like Nigeria.Who do you blame for that? The government or the citizen who pays 20naira at every police checking point. please don't get me wrong when i said Government made it a courtesy, but when the governments are aware of all these and kept quite means it's being accepted by them. So i think when we talk about about combating corruption in a country like Nigeria we need to start from the government then after that they can work on individuals mind. It's just a simple reality, a corrupt father will never expect anything good from Its kids. It takes only a discipline father to change a child with indiscipline.

there s stepping stones charity,the doctors without borders,the prince's charity,the german doctor helping victims of fustular out in the north, even bono of u2 has been to nigeria in the past,i could go on and on

The solution is to appoint a large bunch of born-again chrisitians to rule.
