There is nothing wrong with planning for the possibility of a candidate's death due to old age or ill health. That's the main reason why we have vice presidential candidates. If Prof Osinbajo is a competent fellow (it seems so), then we need not worry about the health of General Buhari.

Oga Seun I doubt if the Born-to-Ruin northern Nigerian old-guard are even in the slightest bit concerned about competence of political office holders. Their selection of a stark illiterate, ailing and expired tyrant called Buhari, as a presidential candidate, is a case in point.

Those mega-million dollar oil-drilling leases in the Niger Delta, that have been shared almost exclusively among Nigeria's northern oil mafia for the past 45 years, are up for renewal in 2016, which has engendered a do-or-die desperation that ONLY a northerner can RULE Nigeria during that critical year - 2016, so as to maintain the status-quo of northern Nigerian economic apartheid, until hell freezes over.

It's no longer debatable whether buhari is sick or not cos his wife and Joe igbokwe have both confirmed it. So, now if the pressure the apc people are forcing him to undergo inorder to cover their selfish interest causes this man to die, who would be blamed for this? Would the hausas be compensated by dropping osibanjo? In fact, what will happen?
What if Jonathan dies before the election, will sambo receive massive support from the SS and SE?

What if MY father dies?

I lost mine long time ago so, I can answer you.

Loosing one's father is not a joke nor a tea party issue. It takes the grace of God to overcome it. OP, Buhari may be contesting for a political post remember he's someone's father..

Kindly answer the question above

It's alright now. Just try to stay calm, good sir, and please, do get down off that table because you are upsetting the other patients with your hysterical shrieking and bulging, blood-shot eyes.

The nurse is on the way with some nice men in white coats, to help you to sleep with a nice warm injection, but you must cooperate with them so they don't have to hog-tie you in a strait-jacket like they did last time.

Again, just try to stay calm. Thank you ever so much, and have a nice evening.

You obviously do not have any idea how the Gambaris would react my friend.
When it comes to power the Gambaris are ready to do away with any alliance with anyone the moment their interest isn't forth coming through.

That's what the Yorubas want but they want it to happen after May 29th, hoping he wins the election.

When Buhari dies, which will hopefully be VERY soon, he will drop like a stinky turd from a pair of urgently flexing buttocks, straight DOWN to the very bowels of hell, where he will shovel red hot coals for eternity, while cackling overseers whip him till he screeches like a stuck pig and passes out, only to be revived by the hot piss of his guards, for the infliction of yet more excruciating agony.

That is the fate reserved for mass murderers, and Buhari is a fine example of a deserving inductee to Hades, where the fires burn HOT day and night, and where hard-core sinners roast like so many quivering shrimp on a barbecue.

There is no one alive who will not die. But there is nothing to guarantee that you or I will outlive GMB. So why are you planning for the man's death?

I've seen a 40 year old hale and hearty in the morning drop dead of sudden cardiac disorder before evening same day and Shehu Shagari just clocked 90.

It is just plain gross, and wicked for you people to so eagerly be anticipating the demise of another man who still remains someone's precious father and husband. Imagine someone tell your wife that your death is impending?

I still don't get why Buhari's health is an issue. We all live and end up dying one day, so whats the big deal? If he dies, we all move on. Death is not determined by age alone, don't be surprised if this man still inhale oxygen himself for the next 15 years. Back to his health, as long and he is mentally and physically fit, if he wins, i believe he can make a reasonable change. For those that give excuse like he is not strong, will he go to Aso rock to carry Bags of cement?

#SaiBuhari
He won't even carry a. Bucket of water
Buh he will be carrying a truck of cement is more lighter than what bubu will carry
Yar'Adua govern kastina for 8yrs with his health challenges nothing went wrong He became president him turn abroad to his office regularly visiting still he wasn't able to use up to half of what he spend while governing kastina

Yes, Buhari will die one day, but that will be several years after you must have died, be buried and rotten in your shallow grave. Wish for others what you wish for yourself and your family.

You've raised a very valid point but the truth is that if that becomes the case the Hausa/Fulani hegemony won't mind fielding kwankwaso because they are just too greedy for power.

For this to happen you must have to sacrifice Tinubu too..

You friend opened an unnecessary thread, wishing somebody death, in the guise of "What if"; the person who was wished death gets abused again; and to cap it all, his whole region and ethnic group is brought in - further abused by the usual suspects.
Is there any reason why they shouldn't stop calling you the clueless ones, as none of you could predict what would happen to you and your loved ones, even in the next hour?

if there is one person that deserves to be beaten for insults on political office holders ,you'll be number 3 OR 4 on that list for the ridiculous insults and foolish innuendos you made about Jonathan and now suddenly you're crying like a helpless biitch conered by her jilted lover because your clueless, sick, old dictator who truncated our first democracy is dying from exhaustion in a London hospital while your evil party men are covering it up. grin
