I have learnt one thing in programming, and it is the fact that the people that are best able to judge you properly on your skills are YOUR CLIENTS.

I quite agree. I personally voted based on the person I know...and when you really come to think of it...there's no logical way to compare him with the rest since i dont know them. But then, we just have to keep the posts flowing dont we?

For you to be a good programmer you must leave real evidence EG, A game coded by that person, or Some kind of app. Offer us the source code to judge their codding skills if they really are pros. Else anyones 2yr old bro can copy paste programs.
