Of recent majority of Nigerian daily newspapers are inundated with threats by buhari to probe this and to probe that. If truly all these threats are from him then is unfortunate and we nigerians are fed up with the treats. No Nigeian is afraid of probes.Buhari should know that after probe and someone is found guilty ,he still can do nothing except he charges the suspected to court. In Nigeria such caes can die there just like his certificate saga died in court too. Court cases can take years and therefore no one is really threatened except that we are bored of d language. For example, Saraki's fraud case is 3 yrs still lingering in court. Erastus Akingbola, Danjuma Goje, Lawan etc fraud cases are also lingering in court. BPE has cases lingering about 10 years in court . Therefore stop all these threats plse and do better things. $20b probe threat by buhari is making us sick. What probe will be better than Forensic auditing of NNPC done by number 3 best audit organisation in d world? Plse dont mock yourdelf solve nigerians problems of power.school,unemployment.and put money in our account instead of your Pharaoh's posture.

What problems do you have with the threats?

Or are you involved in one looting or the other?

"Folly is expressed in so much talks; a fool is considered wise when he keeps quiet" My little problem with our president elect and his party is that they talk too much to the extent they forget some of the things they've talked about.

Buhari and his fans are indirectly making his incoming administration head towards failure.
He is yet to tell us his economic and job creation blueprint.

All he and his supporters keep saying is that he should probe this person and probe the other person.
He should send this person to jail and so on.

Buhari's failure is imminent.

Since winning the March 28 election, Buhari and his party has been moving from places to places issuing threats and deceiving themselves. He started with "I never promised to Bring Back Chibok Girls", then moved to "I am not a magician" then to " I never promised to end BH in two months" and now "I will probe NNPC" I laugh.

Buhari should check the meaning of "Audit". It seems he doesn't know who Princewater House is. He assume that the world reputable audit firm will soil their brand for whatever. The best Buhari and APC can do is to recommission another audit firm to re-audit the report- that will mean at extra cost.

Rather than Buhari to fashiion out "How" he will fulfil his promises, he is more concerned with media threat.

Let me remind Buhari that we have all his promises documented and we shall follow it to the letter. The PTDF and Transcorp must be probed along with NNPC, not forgeting the allegations against ALL APC Chiefs.

May God spare our lives

Stop employing lies and half-truths mister man. Did Buhari ever promise to bring back the Chibock girls. If he did, show us evidence.

And I ask you, is he a magician? Or did you ever take him to be one?

Did he promise to end BH in two months? What he said was to end the BH in "few months" and not "two months". I listened to the interview.

And what problem do you have if he chooses to probe NNPC? Is it not his prerogative?

The same PWC's report clearly said "at least" $1.48 billion was not accounted for. Do you know what "at least" mean? I doubt if you do judging by what you've just typed.

You are not a tenth qualified to tell GMB and APC the "how" of fulfilling their promises.

GMB has the right to determine which corporations to probe and which ones not to probe. It is his call and not yours.

It is good for you to document all his promises but make sure not the many lies and "promises by his campaigners" (as you wrote in one of your posts) that you keep spewing about as exposed here already.

I hope buhari is not trying to carry out a vendetta by way of calling a dog a bad name in order to kill him? Hope buhari is not trying to robe someone delibrately in order to disgrace or rubish that character? Plse thread slowly. Nothing better will come out of the probe in as much as you give chance for rule of law and also allow otheer arms to unction without undue interference. Probe Saraki, Danjuma Goje, Amaechi, Tinubu, Obj, IBB, if you worth yr salt. Do not intimidate people and stop your Pharao's posture

Anyone who stole money from the national purse should go and return it, OP, it's too early on Monday for this kind of post.
I don't want to hear anything on this matter again. Everyone should return whatever they stole from national purse and there won't be any probe; I give you my word.

I don't think so! but what is certain is that the citizens will see the players of a democratic setting!
executive cannot outrightly or single handily fight corruption in a federal govt system!,it is impossible.
the legislative house is not a police force.
and the f.g will be forced to seek for either upgrade of police and the efcc or to allow the judiciary to have their way!
and yet the president is surrounded by persons who benefitted from political enrichment and sponsored him into office.
it is the same banking industry officials that will get caught and a more viable, stable banking we for at the end of the day!

Can't wait for the incoming government to take over in may 29 and see how the Daura Magician will use his magic wand to solve Nigeria's problems overnight. Lets see how he will carry out a total prope of NNPC together with the missing N2.8 billion of 1978.

i think I understand where d OP is coming from (at least I hope so). This is a democratic system, the President is not the Judiciary. Im sure we are aware of the power Judges have, powers that even the AGF has limited control over them. We have seen lots of people probed in this country and they go free or will be pending till Christs' second coming. we should understand that the law is not interpreted from a moral point. One of the best ways to fight corruption is to first fix the damn judiciary, cos they legally know how to stall a case. Thats what I expect GMB to do.

Wasn't there an Arthur Andersen complicit in cooking the books for major corporations of the world years ago? Not to question the transparency of PwC but history has shown it to be possible.

In any case the entire Audit has not been made available to all, so it is in order that an investigation is made.
