I want to start a small biz in lagos around surulere to be specific with de sum of N300k. i already have an office accomodation with de required office items. But i dont really know a biz i can go into dat will grow good with my efforts.
Pls help me with ideas.

Thats great,you got the funds and you have the office.
Now you need to sit down and think up an idea that is business worth.Once you find one,do the research to know its viability and its financials.
I'll give you some ideas but you will have to research them to know how you will start and how you will plan it,dedicate your time to it and run it.
1.BE A BROKER: as in,connect a service,business or product to a client.
2.OFFER TRAININGS: look for a new area that people want to know about and employ a trainer to teach them.
3.OFFICE RENTALS:there are alot of people looking for office space to use for meetings or client calls.
4.START A SERVICE:look at your area and start a service that people can't seem to do without.
I could go on and on.
If your smart you will think these throught and do a research into them.
If not you should be confused at this point.
If your confused,then there is only one option for you.Use the money to go study a course in IT that you can do business with,or spend it on something worthwhile,Cos business ain't for you.

@brianromel :great steps but without passion; which is the necessary maggi for the soup to work, I think that he would be wasting his time. Think of something that excites you, which you would do for free even if it didnt produce profit initially. That way, you would be able to nurture your business into growth!
