Sorry there was no response because people did not see it as something worth paying for. For someone like me. Looking at the scroll (Which i already have seen before) I can make it using a better sized Plumbing Pipe with the printed paper material sticked around it. Then the Caps at each ends.

No one is perfect in anything. I'm training people so that I can be better with it and when I have big contract, I can always subcontract to them . I make money, they make money, we are happy.
