As the normal tradition in Rivers state that every corp member that serves in the state is paid all his/her allowances on completion of his/her service year rather than on monthly basis, the ameachi led administration failed to live up to its obligation despite the period when the oil price did not dwindle and the state was recieving its full monthly allocation.
