This is a police check point in Rivers state that is still operational, despite the nation wide ban of police check points by the Inspector General (IG) this police check points does nothing but harass and intimidates road users. The question is why the commissioner of police in rivers state has not removed this check point. They are Four police check like this in rivers state that are still operational. I often see them along Ikpokpan road and GRA axis in Benin City Edo State.

Just yesterday I saw some fearful armed police officers in complete black non police uniform with normal white Bus vehicle parked off the road along country home road off sapele road in Benin City.

Orders are not completely obeyed in this country.
