A Professor of Administration, Law or Political Science who goes into a debate with a JSS3 student of a Community Secondary School on the delay of appointment of Ministers whether Right or Wrong is guaranteed to lose that debate if he chose to say it is "WRONG" that I am very sure of. Any investor who who can not do business with and in Nigeria because we have not appointed Ministers can go to Syria, Iraq, Ukraine, Libya, Greece, the US or Britain. At least those are peaceful places and Virgin Investment Location. Somebody said "CHANGE" and was voted for now the PDP are trying to force him to maintain status quo and " Play Nonsense" Ministers can come after 6month the least 3months.
