OFFICE ASSISTANT Job Requirements Required Experience: 1-3 year(s) Desired Courses: Not Specified Sex: Female Age: 20-26 Job Location: Festac Town, Lagos • Confident, matured, and self-motivated • Honest and trustworthy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent report writing skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team • Good judgment and decision making • Effectively prioritize and good time management skills • Able to work independently and demonstrate sound work ethics • Flexible and reliable • Knowledge of operating standard equipment such as printer, photocopier, scanners, computers etc. Education and Experience • OND/Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, Economics, and Humanities (Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, etc.) • Little knowledge in general office Administration • Ability to use MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Ability to use the internet and also online social sites, such as; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram e.t.c • Any previous office management experience will be an advantage |
