Which phablet has ever edged the NOTE SERIES? Sammy isn't scared of iPhone 6s, you should learn how to talk like a techie. Everybody knows Apple has an OS advantage, you can only use iPhone if u wanna use iOS. But there are gazillions of Android OEMs, the naked truth is is iPhone was on Android it won't rake those sales or if iOS was opened to other OEMs.

1) 32/64gb phone with no expansion
2) Reduced battery capacity to 3000mAh that's non-removable
3) Same camera, display and same processor as S6 just taller
4) No Europe market for Note 5

The only good thing here is the increased RAM
Do you know what Samsung just did? Made Note 4 users very much happy with their phone. The only significant upgrade is the RAM after 12 months

They should rename these phones to S6 Goliath and S6 edge Goliath

1) The chipset 7420 doesn't support memory card cos of the inbuilt UFS 2.0 which is blazingly fast. If you need more memory, get the 64 GB and use cloud or UTG

2) The battery capacity is reduced but i can bet it that it will have better battery life than Note 4. Note 4 only had 20 mAh more than Note 3 but it killed Note 3 battery wise. The chipset would the job here too.

3) Yes same everything but doesn't necessarily mean it would turn out to be same thing. Apple used 8MP camera for all their phones since iphone 3GS but are the cameras the same?

4) Why wouldn't Sammy launch their flagship in Europe yet launch their mid rangers. You could have said, Europe launch date is delayed

The note series is not a compact phone designed for business class. It denotes power users, so why use the same chipset on this phone?

Suggest a better chipset than Exynos 7420


Lol. Do you know the battery stats of Note 4? And Note 5 will beat it? That's not even my point. Power users leave the S series for the Note series cos they desire the removable battery option even with the "amazing" battery life

Removable battery is a plus but when your phone last you 2 days, what more do you need? Lets wait for the real life usage and confirm


Did you stream the event or read the extensive specs. It's the same camera, sensor, f/1.9 aperture. NOTHING DIFFERENT!!!
It has the same camera doesn't mean it will have the same output.

Lets wait for the camera pictures then we know. Samsung can't be dumb to put in the same thing both phones. There would be difference, it could be internal tho


And they're going to Africa markets before Europe? Lemme guess after Iphone release, they'd get back to their senses. Their sales are plummeting. All these are doing more harm than good for the company

They know better than us. Africa before Europe is a dumb move but am yet to confirm this so no comment for now

You are the one who is naive. I know pretty well Note 5 was launched quite earlier but these companies watch one another cos they are competitors. Didn't Steve Jobs disregard a big screen phone? Didn't Apple bumped up iPhone 6 series screen? Didn't Apple dismissed OLED, ain't iPhone 7 gonna be debuted with OLED.

Yes, they could make note 4 users happy cos of the exclusion of battery and sd card but this topic has been discussed times without number
