I have over a hundred friend who are pastor and occupy sensitive positions in the cooperate world. So u expect them to leave as though they are not rich just because they are pastors.

It depends on the extent of pastoral work. For instance, a kids/sunday school pastor is more or less free for the entire week save may be sunday and Saturday. They can be gainfully employed over the week without much effect on their calling.
