~~Don't bad mouth your former boss or colleagues.
~~Don't criticise the company – only do constructive criticism.
~~Don't talk and talk and talk and talk and talk until everyone starts yawning. Talk once, listen twice.
~~However, don't respond with one-word answers. The interview is the opportunity to let them know you are capable of doing the job, that you're the right person for the job.
~~Don't say you have no questions when they ask if you have any questions.
~~Don't lie – people can tell when you're lying.
~~Don't ask for days off – get the job first!
~~Don't use unprofessional language.
~~Don't pick up a call and say "Sorry I'll call you back I'm at an interview". Really, don't.
~~Don't pretend like you know everything. If there's something they've asked and you don't know, simply say you don't know,or find a clever and non-pretentious way of answering.
~~Don't lose your cool! Even if you think the interview is not going well, don't be rude.
