Just asking (please before i get crucified am a christian) I mean like in all his twelve disciples, how come not one of them was black? And speaking of black,, how come there weren't any in the Jesus movies that has something to do with Jesus? Another Question: Why didn’t Jesus have female disciples? Please if there is Anyone that can be of help to me by explaining I'd so much appreciate.. No abuses pls...am only being inquisitive, i want to know more... |

well i don't think jesus is a white man. Because no body have seen the real picture of jesus and his disciple. So what ever picture u see about him and his disciple is fake. Even the bible we read is not the original. 1 Like |

Sorry ooo! It seems u don't read ur bible and not familiar with geography. How many black people live or lived in the geographical area where Israel is? Or you've never read of the many women who were his disciples?? However there was a disciple symeon by name who was surnamed Niger (meaning black or dark). Bigloaf:Here we go again,i even heard someone asked why Black men never played role of Jesus in films,common guys,Jesus was a Jew,birth by a woman who came from an undilted unmixed blood line of jews,and you expected him to be black? how many of them in those days even got to see a black person? Ethiopians were known in bible days,but you know their skin is even fair compared to west/east africans. Genetically its impossible for Jesus to have been black,and this one has nothing to do with whites claim to supremacy over blacks(though i believe it exists). |

NOBODYY:Please the first quote was for @bigloaf not you sorry. now to your question (1) Because when Jesus came he came to abolish the law by dying,but before that he obeyed the law of Moses himself.Then God speaks to the world through the Jews only.His disciples have to be Jews or else it will be impossible for them to speak to Jews about God,since the jews think they a monopoly of being children of God(which is false ofcourse).if he had chosen disciples from other nations(heathens) his ministry would have been seen as anti God.Besides he choose 12 not 12000. Question (2) He couldnt have choosen females because of the time he lived,the society then frowns at male/female companionship except for couples,imagine Jesus being with married women in the night on the sea alone,what would people say about him? Jesus never had female disciples yet people like don brown are telling us a had a wife,some said he had children,imagine if he had female disciples,what would they say.Being a disciple then was rigorous and hard,it doesnt befit any woman moving from plaes to places with men not her husband.thanks 1 Like |

NOBODYY: Mary Mangdalene was a disciple of Jesus. Jesus is not a white man, He is from the middle east. U can research about what the middle eastern look like. Finally, the stories of Jesus disciples we were shown are European tainted. |
