Is ministerial list now an achievement?

Even if you release a list before 12 midnight, you have shown clearly you lack organisation and focus. No one fixed September but the presidency, why the last minute need to keep to an issue some people have correctly predicted u want to run a solo show.

What I don't understand is why everybody; teen, youth, adult seems to be very concerns about the list...
