A quick 1. The site was bought with an existing raft foundation on it. The site measuring 1130.527 square meter is to house two no of 4 bedroom duplex. The back one was sold leaving the front one for the initial owner of the building. Some additions and subtraction were done on the initial 4 bedroom duplex b4 we arrived @ the present 5 bedroom duplex with attached BQ.
