It’s without no doubt that the Bible can sometimes be pretty difficult to interpret.

Apparently, others argue that the laws of the Old Testament doesn’t count anymore, while other Bible Scholars still thinks they do.

So we are asking the bible scholars for help here. We gathered some actions the bible bans both in the old and New Testaments and we’d like to know, are they still sins or not?

Check on them, and navigate through the series of pages for more..

1. Checking babes out.

Matthew 5:28:

“But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

2. Braiding your hair

1 Timothy 2:9:

“Likewise, I want women to adorn themselves with proper clothing, modestly and discreetly, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly garments.”

That means we should LOOK UP forever.
PLEASE OP, how then should we LOOK...?

BECAUSE, you know most churches now harbour harlots, especially the ones in their attire..
MOST now wear night wears to church.

Most times I avoid looking TWICE, because most times the 2nd one comes with the intent to committing SIN.
PLEASE how do we look.?
Teach us.

Checking out a girl's assets isn't forbidden by the bible. It's a natural reaction, and if Jesus said so, he didn't know what he was talking about. But, he wouldn't have said so anywhere, cause even Jesus would've done the same.

Obama didn't do that because he was lusting after the lady. Rather, he just loved what he saw and he reacted. In fact, it's a misdemeanor not to appreciate nature in it's beauty.

As for the braiding of hair the bible used literary expressions saying you should emphasize more on your inward character than external looks. You shouldn't emphasize on your external appearance at the expense of your character. Braided hair was just an illustration or more like figure of speech. You don't take litaerary speeches literally. You use your senses. Jeez!
