Please confirm. I just rode the whole of Ibeju Lekki Expressway to Lagos Mainland and couldn't find a single station selling petroleum products. I have also been reliably informed that this has been the case since morning. I spotted some black market operators on the road. Please share your experiences if you live in Lagos. Do you have petrol in your area? |
