i visited the Enugu office of the Federal Road Safety Commission for the renewal of my driver's licence where i was told by a staff that i have to pay #13,000. it was a shock to me,considering that i had visited their site online for enquiries and guidelines wherein it was stated that for a renewal one needs only to pay #6,000. i'm at a loss as to how to proceed. advice needed pls.

It's the same thing everywhere, even at their Abuja headquarters. If you do decide to go through the normal procedure, they will make it impossible for you to get it.
