With due respect to all kogites & lagosians, I wish to ask few questions about James Faleke:

(1) Is Faleke from Kogi state or Lagos state?

(2) Did he vote in 2015 general election in Lagos or Kogi?
If Kogi why is he currently representing Lagos in National Assembly? & if he voted as Lagosian and he is representatives of Lagosians how can he claim Kogi same time, because he is still currently in National Assembly?

(3) Is it possible to use one PVC to vote in two states for governorship elections in the same year?

(4) Can someone claim two states of origins at the same time?

(5) Is Faleke qualify to be nominated as the deputy in Kogi in the first place?

(6) What happens to other Okun's that have been in APC in Kogi state or does it mean none Okun in Kogi that is Qualify?

(7) And Finally did Faleke came to Kogi to contest governor or he was picked to deputise Audu?

Faleke should show us the PVC he used both in Lagos and Kogi before he can drag to be Governor in Kogi state.

I rest my case

You just raised a very salient point here.
APC is a party known that doesn't follow the rules in electing their party bearers. May this be brought to public knowledge so that legal luminaries can interprete it.

Very astute!!

If PVC Cards are meant to work only in the region for which it was registered, how come he voted and elected in Lagos and can still vote
in Kogi?

How did the PVC card reader read Faleke's card in Lagos and also read it in Kogi, and both readings accertained genuine?

Or, does Faleke have more than one PVC card? If so, again, how possible is that?

The answer is very simple, INEC allows for the transfer of PVCs from ur current location to would u would like it to b transfered to incase of relocation n dey will make sure ur name is added to d register ur new polling unit n deleted from d previous one. U can add INEC on twitter n ask dem, am sure dis is d reply u will get.

Then Faleke is not qualified to still be in HOR since he has transferred his PVC to Kogi.

Faleke only transfered the use of his PVC from Ikeja to Kogi State. It's permitted by INEC if the owner wishes. Vice President Osinbajo who is from Ogun State but registered in Victoria Island, Lagos State and voted there last year even though he could transfer the use of his PVC to the polling station in Aso Villa, Abuja.
