It make me suspect that INEC is responsible for all the trash that is happening in the electoral system. Imagine card reader depriving people right to vote, why not provide alternative in place of that? Another issue is the case of those that are having permanent vater's card (pvc) not allowing to vote on the grand that both constitution and the electoral act do not guarrantee it usage. Why did INEC produced it?
