I AM NOT A LAWER BUT NIERIAN POLITICS CONFUSES ME ALOT. ...Faleke who represented Ikeja federal constituency in Lagos,transferred his voter’s card and constituency to Kogi stateand contested as deputy Governor of his State. After the death of Audu, He tried to continue as the Governorship candidate of Kogi but was rejected by his party. He went t court after the election asking court to name him the Governor. At the same time he went back to Lagos and continued representation of the people of Ikeja Federal Constituency in House of Representatives. is this legal  My Learned gentlemen in the house please educate us on this. |
