Just to collect money from ATM here in UK last week, I was charged 402Naira to a pound. I decided to use moneygram so as not to enter debt. I was told that two banks said that they have exceeded their daily limit. I wold the person to go earlier the next day and at 8:10 am, they have again exceeded limit. Worst was today, the person practically opened the bank doors with them and limits was still exceeded. I wonder if people sending this money are spirits or the bank staffs collect money to keep. My business ATM card has been blocked for all international transaction due to CBN policies and to top it all, they are planning to stop Nigerian card usage for ATM from Jan 1st 2016. I have been therefore stranded and cannot get my own money out.

Why all these unnecessary evil when to the masses when the people that will steal the money and transfer over here will be given preferential treatments by these same banks?
