PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (PERSONAL CARE)

The Role: Production Controller (personal care) The successful candidate will be required to:

* Ensure weekly production/ labour plans are optimised within the two factories.
* Coordinate the establishment of accurate stock and efficient inventory management for the SBU.
* Develop and train junior production controllers.
* Attend weekly production meetings with sales and planning team.
* Collect and analyse production data.

The Person: The right candidate must:

* Possess a B.Sc. Degree in Social Sciences /Sciences.
* Possess a Diploma in Computer Science.
* Have a minimum of 5 years work experience.
* Have good communication skills.
* Have good knowledge of inventory management.
* Have a CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values – COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE and ONENESS
* Possess a dominant professional personality.
* Have excellent interpersonal / customer relations skills.
