The services of a Help Desk Officer is urgently needed in a firm in Lagos.

1. Attend to clients’ enquiries
2. Generate and reset password
3. Assist in processing visa, flight and booking accommodation for clients’ benefiting from incentive travel package.
4. Assist in the posting of orders and new registrations when there is shortage of manpower.
5. Assist in training clients.
6. Assist in Telephone Ordering or Online Ordering
7. Any other duty that may be assigned

Minimum Requirement:
HND or B.Sc., 2 years’ work experience in related field, good IT skills, calm mien, ability to carry out clerical tasks effectively, ability to analyze information, good product knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills, problem solving skills.
