I agree with you on this one.
I served in that state in 2001 and the governor then, Adam aliero was exactly like that, so sitting on the floor in kebbi state by top officials including a serving governor is not an act for the camera.
You could hardly distinguish governors in govt house when I was there as a kebbi kopa.
