The Chairman/CEO MTN, Sir, I am Barrister Emmanuel Nwasah by name. It is very germane for me to start by saying that we, the Nigerian citizens appreciate what you people have been doing ever since the establishment of your network. However, this is not to derogate from all your shortcomings which have far outweighed the benefits we should be deriving from patronising your network.
Sir, I never wanted to write about this but it has gotten to a point where I should let the cat out of the bag. Sir, you guys have been stealing from me, and I know it is not just me but some other Nigerians that use MTN. Most times my money Just disappear from my phone without any activity, and each time I subscribe for internet services such as android data plan, blackberry subscription, etc, I have found out that you still deduct my money when I am using the service which I have paid for via data bundle purchase or blackberry subscription, and I have done virtually everything required for that to stop with no success and I have two active mtn lines. Please sir do something about that.
Sir, another development that calls for attention is the incompetence of the people at the customer care service centre. Most often than not when one calls and lay a complaint, it is not easily settled until the person keeps calling for some number of times. Sometimes it would take four different customer care handlers attending to you before your problem is solved.
Just last night, I subscribed for blackberry monthly plan after recharging, and two hours after that my sub could not be activated. I had to call, and about three or more different people attended to me and at the end they mistakenly gave me daily subscription instead of monthly. They sent me the money back with a private number, called and apologised for that blunder and I had to wait for another longer period(till day break) before this could be resolved.
Don't forget that you have other networks to compete with in this country and when you no longer regard us, we will just convert their sims inside our wallets to our major lines, and send mtn to the wallets. I don't want to include my number for you people to call and start compensating me, all am interested in is you guys serving us better. Thanks!

Cc: Lalastic lala pls, help mtn get this message.

Op am not condoning the incompetence of the agent that attended to u, but help the agent that appologised by withdrawing the last image.

The agent can be tracked and even suspended through that image which shows his/her service id
