I think CBN should come out and address the item 2(b) of this document, as it clearly contradicts item (3). any form of withdrawal/transfer FROM saving accounts. It should be noted that these charges are ONLY payable by RECEIVING accounts... I need help to understand the true position of these important issues, for the avoidance of doubt...
